In the year 1999 Unicos came into existance as a Federation of co-operative socieites of phase 1 and phase 2. Unicos acts as an apex body to provide and manage activities for the benefit and welfare of the member societies and their resisdents.
Unicos also takes up initiatives that may be necessary for promoting and protecting member societies. With the consent and active co-operation from a large number of residents we are on a course to explore the possibilities of REDEVELOPMENT of our complex as per the guidelines of the MHADA and 79A rules and conditions. In view of this relevant documents are uploaded in DOCUMENTS SECTION
Strategically located MHADA phase I & II complex is situated in Bandra Reclamation. Phase I which consists of 13 buildings and Phase II consists of 10 buildings. Each building is a seven storey structure on stilts and has 4 flats per floor.
This phase consists of 6 buildings which are owned by institutions and used as staff quarters The remaining 7 buildings are each independent co-operative housing societies.
